However, these artists are not giant multi-million dollar corporations that can absorb frivolous returns. They are just individual people like you and I.
In light of that, here is our return policy that I think you will feel is fair to everybody.
If a print is damaged during shipping, the artist will send another at no charge (unless the print has been insured .... then you may collect damages from the carrier).If the artist is replacing the print, the damage must be reported within 5 days of the arrival of your print. You must return the damaged print to that artist within 2 weeks of the arrival of your print and pay the shipping costs.
If for ANY REASON you are not satisfied with a print you have purchased from one of our artists, just send it back in good condition within 2 weeks of the arrival of your print and that artist will refund the purchase price, less shipping, handling, and restocking charges (because every print is made to order) amounting to 45% of the purchase price. You must return the undamaged print to the artist within 2 weeks of the arrival of your print and pay the shipping costs.
